Cindy Douglas currently is a Wholesale Representative for Mountain West Financial, Inc. In her current role as an Account Executive Cindy focuses on bringing tools that will benefit the mortgage and real estate community. In addition she is the owner of www.ConnectTheData.com. The company offers products and services that will help sales people increase their production by implementing sound business practices through database management. Training is available on an individual as well as a group basis.

In addition Cindy is still actively speaking to real estate agents and mortgage originators nationwide to enhance their database marketing efforts.

Prior to establishing her current company Cindy was the owner of CD Consulting Group, whose primary focus was to serve the mortgage & real estate industry for eight years. The company was dedicated to helping loan originators throughout the U.S. to create and/or refine their database systems. In addition Cindy and her team brought clarity to originators as they perfected their workflow to improve capacity while reducing cost.

Prior to her tenure at CD Consulting Group, Cindy was had been involved in the mortgage business since 1985. Her experience includes real estate sales, loan processing, retail loan officer, and production and operations manager. Wearing these different "hats" over the years, she has learned what works (and what does not) when it comes to maintaining constant contact with closed clients, affinity sources, real estate agents and builders.
